Girly handmade card finished

I have always loved this line of paper from Daisy D's. It has such a romantic vintage feel to it. So this is my newest card. I tried to make it general enough that it could be used from many different occasions. Matching up the eyelets so they were even was a bit of a pain, but I love that look of ribbon lacing. I try hard to make the inside just as pretty as the outside, without over stuffing it. I think it would be a nice place for a picture and a hand written sentiment. Of course some of the cards I have been seeing on ebay are just much too pretty to put away in a drawer. I suggest either cutting them in half and using them on a scrapbook layout, or perhaps using them in a shadow box that showcases a birthday or special event. You can click on the title of this thread to check out my auction for this card if you are so inclined. Have a great weekend.
Oh, and I just finished a couple of little valentine's with my new Spellbinders. I will try to post them this weekend too. I haven't forgot that pattern, I just do not have enough hours in the day. Luckily my little girl is a social butterfly and either spends the night somewhere or has someone here, so that leaves me plenty of time to play.

Well it is that time of year again. CHA Winter 2009 is underway. All of the wonderful new items that have been hidden from the crafter's eyes are now on display for the world to see. I will try to show you a little bit of everything so that stampers, card makers and scrapbookers will get their eyes full.

First of all here are several of Tim Holtz's new stamps. Stamper's Anonymous. Their are some grunge textures, some mini designs of previous released stamps and a new alphabet, 2.5" letters called "circque" So here are my favorite picks from the new releases.

Coming next: New Basic Grey!!!! (Later today, but if you cannot wait check my store as they paperis shown there under Basic Grey, and New Products)

New handmade card, pink and black

Well I just cannot resist these sweet little icecream cones. Really they are quite easy to make and I am cutting them free hand, but I will try to make up a simple pattern to post here if anyone would like me to with directions for embellishing them. Just let me know by posting a response to this thread and I will post directions. Here are some pictures of my card, I leave them blank on the inside so either a sentiment can be added, a picture or both.

Please do not copy for resale. For personal use only.

Valentine Sweet Scrapbook Pages

Well, Masterpiece Monday is back for BTDL on ebay, so if you get time stop by and see all the beautiful pages we have done. I have made a scrapbook page that could be for Valentine's Day or just pictures of your sweetie. Here is a peek, just click on the title of this thread to be taken to the auction. I also made a smaller 8x8 versions that would be nice for a boy or a girl. Last but not least are a couple of cards I made recently.
I just started making cards and I think I really like it. It is much quicker to get them done then scrapbook pages, thus instant gratification! Would love to hear from anyone who has tips or tricks for cardmaking.

Here is the full picture of the first page of this layout, check my link in the title to see the whole layout.

And here are a couple of the cards I made recently.
