OWH Blog Hop

Hello, I am stopping by today to join in a World Cardmaking day Christmas blog hop with OWH (Operation Write Home).    Did you get involved in our challenge last week to celebrate OWH's birthday?   Are you familiar with OWH and what they do?  You can read more about how they support our military through creativity, and how you can help!  If you would rather donate monetary gifts you can also do that HERE.  OWH is a non for profit organization and I am proud to be a part of this wonderful blog hop!

In honor of this special occasion, I will choose one random winner from the comments left on this post today (you have till midnight EST tonight to leave a comment)  The winner will receive a 10.00 gift voucher for my store!!

Also, to honor this hop all orders placed today in my store will receive a free sentiment stamp and bottle of stickles of my choosing.  Alls you have to do is type OWH
in the comment section at checkout!

I asked the design team to help me celebrate this occasion, as I wasn't sure if I could get a decent card together.  So here is what they came up with.

Katie Tate used this adorable Gingerbread Tidla from Magnolia Stamps to make her card. In addition, I she used her Copic Markers, Spellbinders dies, Cheery Lynn doily (I have some of the new ones in stock now!) and even a Martha Stewart punch.  Also, notice the pretty little Prima flowers around her doily, what a nice touch.  I see she broke out her new Authentique 6x6 Christmas paper bundle.  (called Wonder)

And Janiel Corley used this cute little Pixie Cottage stamp Gavin The Elf, and I have marked him on sale in celebration of this blog hop!!

And I was actually able to get a simple little card done.
I used Hannah with Candle by Sandra Hammer, part of The Pixie Cottage stamp line.  I also used Kaisercraft's Christmas Carnival paper pad. I added some sparkle to her hat  and the star with some Stickles

Thank you everyone for joining us in this blog hop, and make sure to keep right on hopping to the next blog!  To follow the blog hop simply go to the OWH website and follow the thumbnail links!

Have a wonderful weekend!
Michelle

Oh my, what beautiful details on the cards. I'm always drawn to the simpler cards - ones that I think I could actually make myself - although the others are beautiful to look at. So, my fave is the last card. Thank you for participating in the OWH blog hop!
