Well I am long overdue on posting something....

I haven't been doing a lot of crafting lately.  (As if that wasn't obvious by looking at my blog)  It is funny how you can go at it for years and then one thing throws you off kilter and you don't do anything you enjoy.  But I have started to do a little crafting lately, along with my gardening that I love.  Last fall I got a new dog, and he has brought me such joy.  He is almost a year now and has become my hiking partner.  And today I made it back out to the flea market.  It is one of my favorite places to go.  I will admit I was disappointed by the lack of vendors outside, but inside in my favorite store I certainly found some treasures!!

So anyway I decided to make this an "all purpose" blog post and share a little of everything I like.

Being that this blog is suppose to be craft related I will start out with my card.  I used a Magnolia stamp, Tilda with Mr. Rooster.  I just loved this stamp from the moment I saw it.  I used the chicken wire embossing folder from Darice I believe and I think the patterned paper was Basic Grey.
And here is the guy I am in love with.  His name is Ace.  That is last fall when he was a baby.  He is no longer so little, but still very cute.

Here he is now! He is an English Springer Spaniel. (Although I don't have him cut the proper way, I thought a shave down was in order for the summer)

Now on to some gardening pictures.  I dug a new flower bed last year, and althoug it is littered with "helicopters" from my maple tree I will show you a few pictures. The first one is my snow ball bush. Also my bench I scored from the flea market last year.
Well I was going to post my hanging baskets I bought today, but blogger is giving me trouble.
So on to my favorite little find of the day.
This is the Tea Kettle  I got from Boston Road Collection Antiques and Primitives. (She has the best prices! and is up at Hartville Flea Market in the marketplace.

And last but not least I want to show you a sneak peak of the new Magnolia stamps.  The Special Moments Collection. This is Little Cute Tilda. If you would like to see the whole collection let me know.
So I hope you are enjoying your weekend as much as I am.
Hope to get back here soon!
Michelle
