Exactly what do I mean by lowest price? Well, for instance get out your Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, Dollar General or many other adds and you can see what I mean. Here is an example from todays Walgreen's circular. Softsoap is on sale 2 for $7.00, and you receive 4.00 in register rewards for the purchase of 2. So it is "like paying" 2 for $3.00.
Some Walmarts will price match the 2 for 3.00 price! I suggest checking with your stores manager.

You also can use coupons in addition to price matching and make for some really great deals.
I suggest reading through their ad matching policy so you understand the rules. For instance, you do not have to have the add with you. However, I always take mine in case the cashier gives me a hard time. They have never asked me to see it though, and should have the sales for the week available to them there at the store.
What I do is right it all down on my hand steno pad, and take it with me and load up the products in the order I have them on my paper. Before the cashier begins ringing I tell him I will be add matching. And then read the prices to him/her as they are ringing.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
